The Hedgehog:

As I walk alone on my usual Sunday walk, I gaze along the roadway in front of me and I see a hedgehog travelling furiously over the lawn to get away from the traffic on the road.

So, I stop for a while and gaze at this little innocent creature and think and say to myself how nice to see that the pure innocent creature is now safe from the deadly traffic on the road.

So, I stop for a bit longer as I am not in a hurry and what do you think I see but the little creature eating someone’s red carnations by the dozen.
